I most recently led design at Done, a super app designed to streamline everyday services. I was responsible for shaping the product from zero to launch — defining the experience, systems, and overall product direction.

Before that, I worked at Youcan, where I helped scale the platform and led the design of new products from scratch, including Youcan Ship and Youcan Confirm — enabling merchants to operate and grow more efficiently.

My experience spans e-commerce, logistics, and platform design, working across both early-stage and scaling environments. I focus on building products that combine clarity, performance, and real business impact.
